Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions focusing on aspects such as language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Engage collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families to formulate cohesive care plans.

Educate patients and their families to ensure continued progress during and after therapy sessions.

Perform occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions to guarantee seamless care throughout the treatment process.

Maintain meticulous, timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Stay abreast of new developments in speech-language pathology through ongoing education and peer networking.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required if not yet ASHA-certified.

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies for all age groups, along with a profound understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
