Regional Human Resources Business Partner Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Compliance Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across Americas’ countries. Oversee employee relations, labor negotiations, and conflict resolution. Manage the definition, implementation and interpretation of HR policies and procedures. Serve as the key contact for HR matters across the designated countries. Provide guidance to management on country-specific HR practices. Talent Acquisition & Development Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with leaders to identify staffing needs and develop talent acquisition strategies. HR Projects & Initiatives Lead HR initiatives such as compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, performance management, and payroll process improvement. Support the development and implementation of global HR initiatives. Collaborate with HR teams across the global organization to align practices and policies. Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is desirable. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably with multi-country exposure. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and/or HR operations & compliance.
