Product Operations Lead

Responsibilities Lead Stakeholder Management: Navigate a broad spectrum of leadership and working levels, managing diverse perspectives to build consensus, drive alignment, and ensure transparency on product priorities and progression. Drive Project Execution: Coordinate the end-to-end product lifecycle—from initial ideation through iteration—by tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the Digital Cabin team. Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and business to gather requirements, align scopes, and streamline communication channels across the organization. Optimize Processes: Implement and maintain project management standards and agile methodologies to increase team consistency, efficacy, and alignment. Manage Tools & Data: Own the Jira environment and roadmap management, curating dashboards to track product metrics, PI (Program Increment) plans, and progress toward business goals. Enable Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and intake improvement ideas to foster a culture of innovation and agility within the product team. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, or Technical Project Management, specifically managing a portfolio of 3+ concurrent, high priority workstreams. 5+ years of experience navigating matrixed organizations with 1,000+ employees, with a proven track record of managing dependencies across multiple distinct functional departments (e.g., Engineering, Design, Legal, Finance). 3+ years of Advanced Jira experience, including experience creating custom workflows and automated reporting suites. 3+ years managing a Digital Product Roadmap. 3+ years of Data-Driven decision-making experience defining and tracking core product KPIs and building automated executive-level dashboards that visualize health, velocity, and budget allocation.
