The Stone Collection is an importer and wholesale distributor for the finest natural stone materials available. We purchase and display only the best natural stone slabs hand selected from over 47 countries with locations in Dallas, Ft. Worth, Denver, Phoenix, Ft. Lauderdale, Palm City, Miami and growing!
Candidates for our full time Inside Sales position will excel in providing the very best customer service, from making new customers feel welcome and appreciated to nurturing long-term customer relationships for return sales. We are looking for a team player who values the roles of co-workers and looks for ways to contribute to everyone's success. As a member of our Inside Sales team, you will be using product knowledge to educate the customer so that they make satisfying product selections to promote the best buying experience available. Product training is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Build customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Have a welcoming, "can do" attitude to customers and teammates
- Contribute to an attractive, effective and efficient sales and service environment
- Communicate accurately and effectively with customers and teammates
- Follow company procedures and training
- Strive to always improve
