Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to identify social, emotional, and psychological needs, as well as risk factors impacting their ability to succeed in the school environment.

• Offer therapeutic counseling to individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to support students facing behavioral, emotional, or academic challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of the youth population.

• Collaborate with school personnel, behavioral health professionals, and community organizations to develop and implement personalized service plans that align with students' goals.

• Advocate for students and their families, ensuring they have access to vital resources and support while raising awareness on pressing social justice issues.

• Contribute to program development, evaluation processes, and grant reporting to enhance the efficacy of our therapeutic services.

• Engage actively in team meetings and community outreach initiatives to share insights and collaborate on best practices within the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to work with K-12 students who experience a range of mental health challenges. This includes addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma exposure. Your efforts will aim not only to improve their individual mental health but also to enhance their overall academic and social functioning within the school community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current, active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and cultural sensitivity.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, a sign-on bonus is available.
