The clinic specializes in diagnosing and managing orthopedic injuries and conditions affecting musculoskeletal and neuromuscular systems, including sports injuries, workplace incidents, motor vehicle accidents, chronic pain, and other movement-related issues. Using state-of-the-art equipment and evidence-based treatment methods, the team focuses on restoring function and reducing pain. Each patient is thoroughly evaluated to identify the underlying causes of physical limitations, allowing for a customized plan of care. Role Description The Physical Therapist will provide direct, hands-on patient care, including conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering one-on-one therapy sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing evidence-based interventions, monitoring patient progress, updating documentation and treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed. The role involves educating patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and strategies for maintaining functional gains. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Seattle metropolitan area, WA, requiring regular interaction with patients in a clinical setting. Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions. Demonstrated expertise in Rehabilitation, including designing and adjusting individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain. Commitment to high-quality Patient Care, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport. Experience providing Home Care guidance, including developing safe and effective home exercise programs and patient education materials. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program and current (or eligible) Washington state physical therapy license. Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment and manage a caseload efficiently. Prior experience in orthopedic or sports physical therapy is preferred; additional certifications (e.g., manual therapy, sports rehab) are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
