Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with clients in a virtual setting, ensuring a safe space for open communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance abuse challenges. You will be instrumental in addressing the unique needs of families and couples, providing them with the tools and support necessary to navigate their mental health journeys successfully.

Qualifications\n

• Valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, particularly in motivating and supporting clients through difficult circumstances.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
