Front Desk Coordinator

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join a client in Fremont. This can be a temp to hire position based on performance. The role is 100% onsite. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Job Duties: Answering the door bell for guests. Receive incoming packages and bringing to the dock as needed. (Person needs to be comfortable on their feet and not just at the desk). Answer occasional phone calls as needed. Going to the dock as needed to get a package. Ordering office supplies as needed for company locations. Assisting with administrative duties as needed. Requirements: Great oral and written communication skills. Excellent punctuality and reliability. 1 - 3 years of experience.
