Front Desk Coordinator

Ultimate Staffing

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join a client in Fremont. This can be a temp to hire position based on performance. The role is 100% onsite. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Job Duties:

  • Answering the door bell for guests.
  • Receive incoming packages and bringing to the dock as needed. (Person needs to be comfortable on their feet and not just at the desk).
  • Answer occasional phone calls as needed.
  • Going to the dock as needed to get a package.
  • Ordering office supplies as needed for company locations.
  • Assisting with administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Great oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent punctuality and reliability.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience.
