In this full-time position, you will conduct assessments, facilitate therapeutic sessions, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create effective treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of adolescents and young adults grappling with mental health challenges.

Work Environment\n

This position operates entirely remotely, supported by a telehealth platform that facilitates seamless interaction between clinicians and clients. You will be empowered with the latest digital tools for assessment and therapy delivery, while our Operations team manages administrative tasks, allowing you to concentrate on delivering exceptional therapeutic support. With a focus on maintaining patient confidentiality, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate patients' mental health and substance abuse histories.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that apply evidence-based approaches, focusing on developing coping strategies and improving emotional resilience.
\n
• Collaborate closely with treatment team members—including psychologists, social workers, and peer supporters—to establish integrated care plans that holistically address the needs of each client.
\n
• Educate and involve clients' families in the treatment process, ensuring they have the knowledge and support necessary for fostering recovery.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, documenting treatment progress and adapting plans as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults who are experiencing mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related conditions, and substance use issues. A deep understanding of the unique struggles faced by this demographic, combined with empathy and support, will play a crucial role in fostering their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.

• Experience in delivering telehealth therapy, particularly to adolescents and young adults, is essential.
\n
• Proficiency in using technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR), is needed for effective communication and documentation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present professionally and engage warmly with patients.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.

• A willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development within our evidence-based care pathways.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while ensuring a reliable internet connection and maintaining privacy for confidential patient information.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is competitive, between $115,000 and $130,000 per year , commensurate with experience.
