Founding Growth Lead - Build Growth Engine & Messaging

Kastle is building the AI employee for banks. We’re seeking a Founding Growth Lead to build systems and campaigns that bring Kastle into new accounts and markets. You’ll own messaging, outbound, events, and growth tooling, writing compelling copy and measuring what works to drive real sales opportunities. You’ll work hands-on with data, automation, and AI tools to map markets, cultivate relationships, and craft a scalable GTM program. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kastle
