Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health needs, strengths, and challenges of clients.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that include clear goals and therapeutic interventions in collaboration with clients and their families.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote community and strengthen client engagement.

• Engage in team-based discussions with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support, including risk assessments and safety planning, as needed.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely to comply with ethical and legal obligations.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and continuously improve therapeutic practices.

Your primary focus will be on students from diverse backgrounds dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
