Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to foster a secure therapeutic environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Create personalized treatment plans that consider each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Lead regular therapy sessions, offering guidance and support to individuals, couples, and families.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and addiction counseling techniques.

• Conduct referrals to specialized services when necessary, ensuring each client receives holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
