As a Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties:

• Serve as Senior Analyst on evaluating the effectiveness of government programs. Analyze, conduct evaluations, and advise management on program and operations effectiveness and on management efficiency and productivity. Recommend changes to policy and regulations.
• Provide strategic analysis and assessment to recommend systemic adjustment to improve the efficiency of policies and procedures. Prepare reports for budgetary, statistical and quantitative data for internal and external purposes. Assess data management methodologies in accordance with information requirements.
• Oversee studies of budgetary, financial administrative operations of the Federal budget process, and all associated policies, directives, procedures, and regulations, to develop and provide authoritative advice and interpretation of legislation. Research, interpret and analyze budget and financial management policy. Evaluate budget requirements and allocation among resources.
• Formulate new, updated, or established policy or regulations to determine and advise on the impact on mission operations. Oversee strategies for assessing, tracking, and reporting strategic goals and accomplishments. Analyze all policy regulations and potential effects on operations.
