Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and organize legal and transactional documents for acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing Coordinate with attorneys, title companies, lenders, brokers, and other parties to keep transactions on schedule Prepare and maintain closing checklists while tracking critical deadlines and deliverables Assemble lender due diligence packages, including organizational documents, leases, and property records Coordinate estoppels, tenant documentation, and lease-related records for financings and property sales Organize and maintain lease files, amendments, corporate records, and property documentation Track critical lease dates and maintain accurate transaction files across the real estate portfolio Serve as a trusted operational and legal support partner to ensure transactions are completed efficiently and accurately What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and coordination skills Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset If you're interested in learning more, send me a confidential message or apply today! #J-18808-Ljbffr Michael Aaron Staffing, LLC
