Account Executive — IT Services & Office Equipment Sales

Wholesale purchasing available for businesses, schools, government, and nonprofits Local managed print support within 50 miles of 91776 Southern California · Customer-facing role The opportunity This role owns the full business-development cycle: finding prospective customers, understanding how they currently purchase and manage workplace technology, and building a practical proposal around printers, multifunction devices, supplies and support services. You will develop relationships with business owners and operational decision-makers, coordinate internally to shape accurate solutions, and remain accountable for the customer experience after the agreement is signed. Key responsibilities Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, field activity and structured follow-up. Meet with decision-makers to understand current equipment, supply purchasing, workflow and support needs. Prepare clear recommendations, proposals and pricing with the internal operations team. Manage opportunities in the CRM and maintain accurate next steps, forecasts and customer records. Coordinate smooth handoffs after the sale and remain involved in account growth and customer satisfaction. What we’re looking for Business-to-business sales experience with strong prospecting and relationship-building habits. Ability to run discovery conversations and translate customer needs into practical solutions. Clear written and verbal communication, reliable follow-through and comfort working toward measurable goals. Experience with office technology, managed print, IT services or related solutions is preferred.
