We are hiring a Paralegal for one of our clients in Newark, NJ .
Job Description:
Under limited supervision, review documents for protected information, review and manage responsive document to open public records requests. Use adobe to redact documents.
- Case analysis- Spotting key facts, issues,
- Attention to detail
- Legal writing-Drafting memos, contracts, briefs, and correspondence
- Document organization- Managing files
- Proofreading-Catching errors in formatting, citations, and language
- Multitasking-Handling multiple cases at once
- Calendar management- Tracking deadlines
- Prioritization-Knowing what's urgent vs. what can wait
- Discretion& confidentiality- they will handle sensitive information
- Problem-solving
- Teamwork
- Adaptability.
- Work hour: 35 hours
