We are hiring a Paralegal for one of our clients in Newark, NJ .


Job Description:


Under limited supervision, review documents for protected information, review and manage responsive document to open public records requests. Use adobe to redact documents.

• Case analysis- Spotting key facts, issues,
• Attention to detail
• Legal writing-Drafting memos, contracts, briefs, and correspondence
• Document organization- Managing files
• Proofreading-Catching errors in formatting, citations, and language
• Multitasking-Handling multiple cases at once
• Calendar management- Tracking deadlines
• Prioritization-Knowing what's urgent vs. what can wait
• Discretion& confidentiality- they will handle sensitive information
• Problem-solving
• Teamwork
• Adaptability.
