Position Summary We are looking for a Baker to join our Salt Lake City location at Einstein Bros. Bagels. Responsibilities Prepare and bake quality bagels and pastries from 3AM to 3PM. Stock the bagel wall and pastry case, ensuring product availability for each shift. Assist with order taking and sandwich making to deliver excellent guest service. Maintain a safe and clean store environment. Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales and quality goals. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3AM) and weekends. Pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law. Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license is preferred but not required for all locations.
