Records Center Scanner / Document Processing Associate
Midway Staffing is hiring dependable and detail-oriented associates for a document scanning and processing project in Santa Ana, CA.
Location: Santa Ana, CA Pay: $25.00/hr Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 PM2:30 AM Opportunity: Temporary
Job Duties
- Retrieve and organize files from storage
- Prepare documents for scanning
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems
- Review scanned documents for quality and accuracy
- Return files to designated locations
- Maintain confidentiality and document integrity
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Perform general records and document processing tasks
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, clerical, scanning, or records experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and scanners
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Able to retrieve files from shelving up to approximately 7 feet high
- Able to lift and move boxes/files as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Dress Code
Business casual or warehouse-appropriate attire. Closed-toe shoes required. No leggings or sweatpants.
