Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct virtual therapeutic sessions with adult clients using secure video communication technology.

  Implement evidence-based treatment approaches, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities tailored to individual client needs.

  Create and maintain accurate documentation for all client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, or behavioral concerns, therapists will employ personalized strategies to facilitate healing and resilience. Our technology-enabled platform allows for an inclusive approach, enabling us to reach underserved populations who may face barriers to traditional in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited institution.

  Possession of an active clinical license (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) in the state of Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain one.

  At least two years of post-master's experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults.

  Demonstrated training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based practices.

  Strong written communication skills for session documentation and reporting.

  A history of professional conduct reflecting integrity, with no disciplinary actions recorded by any licensing board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
