Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and resources. This involves understanding each individual's unique background and challenges.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, setting specific goals and interventions according to the individual needs of clients.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure that clients receive coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, providing a platform for shared experiences and peer support.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and conduct risk assessments to maintain client safety during challenging situations.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, thereby promoting accountability and continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
