Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and stability.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services tailored to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others to address varied mental health concerns.

• Work in synergy with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure clients receive coordinated, holistic, and comprehensive care.

• Employ crisis intervention techniques compassionately to support clients encountering acute mental health episodes or emergencies, ensuring a calm and supportive environment for de-escalation.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at mental health education, reducing stigma, and connecting clients with vital resources.

Qualifications\n

• A valid, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with education and experience.
