Payroll Administrator
$43 per hourRandstad is urgently seeking a tenured Payroll Adminstrator to work for a prestigious financial solutions institution in a hybrid role. Ideal candidates would have 5 years of experience processing payroll and 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisor role. Familiarity with ADP payroll is required. If this sounds like you, apply today! - Assist the Payroll Manager in coordinating and supporting the end-to-end processing of U.S. biweekly payrolls using ADP GlobalView
- Review and validat payroll transactions
- Resolve urgent payroll matters, including off-cycle and manual payments
- Review severance agreements and related payments to ensure they align with terms, policies, and legal requirements.
- Review payroll transactions completed by team members, helping to identify discrepancies and improve accuracy
- Provide support to team members by answering questions
- Support the administration of employee benefit programs
- Assist with employee tax matters, including address validation, work and resident state taxation, and multi-state withholding requirements.
- Review and process leave of absence events
- Support special projects
- Payroll Processing (5 years of experience is preferred)
