Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:
• Manage client books using QuickBooks (Online & Desktop)
• Process payroll and handle payroll tax filings
• Perform multi-client transactional accounting and general ledger support
• Assist with financial reporting and client account management
• Support tax-related work, including exposure to 1065s



Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:
• Strong QuickBooks experience (Online & Desktop required)
• Payroll processing and payroll tax knowledge
• Bookkeeping experience in a multi-client or public accounting environment
• Basic Excel skills (formulas, data handling)
