Reporting to the Director of Community and Medical Relationships, this role helps ensure clients receive timely support while contributing to the firm's medical coordination, provider relationship, and treatment verification efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and service-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who has the desire and enjoys helping others, building relationships, and supporting positive client outcomes.
