Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Pure Mind Therapeutics Clinic, you will:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead supportive and interactive group therapy sessions, encouraging participants to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Conduct Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic, one-on-one counseling that enables clients to explore and understand their emotional and mental well-being.

• Design Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and objectives.

• Monitor Progress: Regularly assess and track client progress using various assessment tools to evaluate effectiveness and adapt strategies as needed.

• Coordinate with Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside other therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to each client’s care, sharing insights and strategies for complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on providing care to young adults aged 18 to 30 in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Your work will directly impact their recovery journey as you assist in navigating mental health hurdles, enhancing coping skills, and fostering personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
