Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans targeting specific mental health issues.

• Utilize video conferencing and other digital tools to provide therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and effective therapeutic environment.

• Monitor client progress and adapt therapy methods as necessary, utilizing goal tracking and therapeutic resources available on our platform.

• Document client interactions, treatment outcomes, and any changes to treatment plans in a secure and organized manner.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with telehealth best practices and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), grief, and more. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their unique struggles and achieving their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in good standing.
\n
• Strong technical skills with a reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer suitable for telehealth services.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to client-centered care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred, demonstrating a solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 , accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include the following:
