Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position allows you to work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, each with unique challenges and backgrounds. The therapist will cater to clients dealing with various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and relationship issues.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling role, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Strong ethical principles and a thorough understanding of legal standards governing mental health practice.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, demonstrating professionalism and respect for diverse perspectives.
