Work Environment\n

Our practice operates entirely remotely, allowing for flexibility and convenience in delivering care to patients. The work schedule primarily spans Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patients' emotional and psychological needs.

• Offer education to patients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources for additional support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in professional development activities, including case consultations and team meetings, to enhance therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R (LCSW-R) in New York.

• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies, with an ability to apply this knowledge in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated capability in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.

• Flexibility to deliver therapy services to a range of populations, ensuring inclusive care for all clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for establishing rapport with patients and working collaboratively with a team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
