As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work remotely, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurse practitioners. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations for students, incorporating their personal history and current challenges to tailor effective treatment methodologies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing specific mental health issues, fostering emotional well-being, and enabling students’ successful integration within the school environment.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care techniques to engage students in growing and overcoming their challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing personal development, emotional regulation, and the acquisition of coping skills tailored to the school setting.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, leveraging your clinical skills to address urgent mental health situations when they arise.

• Collaborate with a network of fellow mental health professionals to coordinate care and ensure students receive comprehensive support throughout their academic experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with students from various backgrounds, ranging from elementary to high school ages. You will address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma-related challenges. Your efforts will directly contribute to fostering resilience and promoting a positive school climate.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid LCSW licensure in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, ideally within mental health or educational contexts.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans based on diagnosed conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
