Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children enrolled in early intervention programs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring tailored support for each child's unique developmental journey.
\n
• Monitor child development outcomes collaboratively with family members and multidisciplinary team members.
\n
• Provide essential support to families, sharing information and strategies that enhance their child's development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to the Natural Learning Environment Practices during interventions.
\n
• Foster strong rapport with children, families, and team members, cultivating a supportive and nurturing environment for learning.
\n
• Adapt communication and teaching methods to meet the varying learning styles of children.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations pertaining to early childhood intervention services and maintain the safety and health standards within the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or delays in their development. Your support will help these children acquire critical skills across various domains, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication abilities. Our LCSWs play a vital role in bridging families with resources and support necessary for holistic child development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• One year of experience in the field of early intervention, focusing on children’s needs.
\n
• Demonstrated understanding of Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Possession of a valid driver’s license for travel requirements.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
