Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address each client’s unique mental health needs.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate effective interventions.

• Collaborate closely with educators and school personnel to create an integrated support system for students facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Document client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record system to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

• Engage in regular supervision with senior clinicians and participate in professional development activities to stay current with the latest practices in mental health care.

• Adhere to all legal guidelines, ethical standards, and organizational policies while maintaining client confidentiality and respect.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students within the Los Angeles area who may be experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. You will work collaboratively with families and educational personnel to provide comprehensive services that are culturally sensitive and tailored to each child's unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably with school-aged populations.

• Exceptional skills in therapeutic modalities, with a strong focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration with clients, families, educators, and healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
