Work Environment\n

As a remote position, this role provides flexibility while maintaining strong connectivity with the school's environment. The typical work hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, but may include occasional evening or weekend hours based on student needs and availability. Working closely with school staff and families, you will play a crucial role in creating an inclusive and supportive educational atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy for students experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with educational teams to ensure coordinated care for students.

• Participate in team meetings to share insights and recommendations for student support and promote a culture of collaboration.

• Engage with families to provide guidance and support, fostering their involvement in the care process.

Qualifications\n

• The position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 85,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience.
