This role is designed for remote engagement, allowing Social Workers to provide care from home while interacting with students and educational professionals through virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your clinical skills to conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on each student's specific circumstances.

• Facilitate one-on-one sessions with students and families, employing various evidence-based therapeutic techniques (such as motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy) to address mental health issues effectively.

• Monitor students' progress towards their treatment goals, adjusting strategies and interventions as needed to ensure optimal mental health outcomes.

• Collaborate with school staff, educational psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive support network for students.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress within the required clinical systems.

• Provide support in adherence to prescribed psychotropic medications by regularly assessing side effects and treatment effectiveness, collaborating with medical providers as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, eligible candidates will receive a sign-on bonus as part of the hiring package.
