Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children with developmental delays.

• Engage actively in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to create effective action plans tailored for each child's growth.

• Monitor and evaluate progress by routinely assessing outcomes and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Provide emotional and educational support to families, equipping them with the skills necessary to foster their child's development.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding children's services.

• Develop strong relationships with children and their families, promoting a supportive and encouraging environment for learning and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus includes infants and toddlers diagnosed with developmental delays or disabilities. As an LCSW, you will address a wide array of challenges, including but not limited to physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication deficits. Your interventions will support children in acquiring vital skills in their early years, thereby laying a strong foundation for their future learning and development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
