Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs of clients, employing standardized diagnostic tools as required.
• Develop tailored treatment plans designed to address clients' individual challenges and goals, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a private and supportive environment for client discussions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, collaboratively setting therapeutic goals, reviewing progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Document all therapy sessions meticulously, keeping accurate records of interactions, client progress, and treatment efficacies in compliance with licensure requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our therapist network, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families grappling with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Your role is critical in delivering accessible mental health support and fostering resilience in these individuals as they navigate their unique journeys.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a client-centered approach to care, understanding the complexities of each client's experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to balance multiple clients and thorough documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings, with proficiency in utilizing digital tools for client engagement.
• A background in a specific therapeutic specialty, such as trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or family therapy, is advantageous.
• Familiarity with integrating culturally competent practices in therapy to meet the diverse needs of clients from different backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
