Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s unique mental health concerns, establishing personalized treatment plans aligned with their goals.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the specific needs and preferences of your clients.

• Collaboratively develop therapeutic goals with clients, continually monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services to clients who prefer virtual sessions or may face accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive the care they need.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in training sessions and adopting new evidence-based frameworks we refer to as care pathways.

In this role, you will primarily work with adolescents and young adults who are navigating a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD is mandatory.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are needed for effective client interaction and documentation.

• Proficiency in technology, including familiarity with Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs), is essential for the management of remote therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year , contingent upon your caseload and professional experience.
