By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA and for the people who work here.NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Business Analyst to join our team in Dallas, TX (100% onsite).Day to Day Job DutiesWork closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain processes, business challenges, and requirements.Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and document business and functional requirements.Analyse As-Is processes and define To-Be processes across Supply Chain Management.Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.Work across areas such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Order Management, and Logistics.Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure business requirements are correctly translated into system solutions.Support solution walkthroughs, requirement validation, SIT, UAT, defect clarification, and business sign-off.Analyse supply chain data, reports, KPIs, and business rules to support decision-making and process improvement.Track requirements, dependencies, open issues, risks, and business decisions.Act as a key liaison between onshore business stakeholders and offshore/global delivery teams.Basic Qualifications7+ years of overall experience in Business Analysis, functional consulting, or business process transformation.5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst on enterprise technology or transformation programmes.4+ years of strong functional/business experience in Supply Chain Management.Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including demand, supply, inventory, procurement, manufacturing, order fulfilment, and logistics.3+ years of experience in requirements gathering process mapping, gap analysis, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Experience supporting enterprise application implementation, enhancement, integration, or transformation initiatives.Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and business validation.Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently with business stakeholders in an onshore/client-facing environment.Travel: Ability to travel to client locations as required.Degree: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.Nice to HaveExperience working in the Automotive or Manufacturing industry or Health care.Exposure to SCM/ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or similar platforms.Experience supporting supply chain transformation or digital supply chain programmes.Understanding of supply chain KPIs, reporting, analytics, and process optimisation.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with globally distributed teams.
