As a remote role, you will have the flexibility to manage your work from the comfort of your own home while remaining connected with our dynamic team. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required to meet the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to gauge the psychological and emotional needs of older adults.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses exclusively on the geriatric population, addressing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, dementia-related disorders, and adjustment difficulties. You will work hands-on with elderly clients who present varying degrees of mental health challenges, ensuring that they receive personalized, compassionate care that fosters their dignity and autonomy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Clinical Psychologist in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of geriatric mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Ability and experience in delivering individual and family therapy specifically targeted at older adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This rewarding position comes with an annual salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
