This position requires an on-site presence. Educational and Professional Requirements Possession of a Bachelor's degree in a Life Science field is required, though a Master's degree combined with 1-3 years of pertinent experience is also acceptable. A minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 8 years of professional experience following the completion of your undergraduate degree is necessary. Submission Guidelines Applicants must hold at least a bachelor’s degree to be considered. Only candidates possessing between 6 and 8 years of post-graduate professional experience will be reviewed. Individuals who have attained a Ph.D. are not eligible for this role. Serve as a subject matter expert across a diverse array of technical procedures. Identify and record findings that may have potential for patent applications or scientific publication. Engage in scientific forums and contribute research findings to industry journals. Address highly intricate challenges that require the evaluation of complex, intangible variables. Apply independent professional judgment to refine methods and establish criteria for success. Lead or participate in interdisciplinary technical groups, including core teams and failure analysis projects.
