Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, tailoring interventions to their unique situations.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster positive client outcomes.

• Develop individualized service plans with measurable goals and objectives, ensuring a clear roadmap for clients on their journey toward mental health stabilization and improvement.

• Advocate for clients by identifying and addressing any barriers to accessing essential resources, empowering them to exercise their rights and navigate social justice issues.

• Contribute to program development by collaborating on service evaluations and grant reporting, enhancing the effectiveness of Keck Health Care's offerings.

This role will involve working with a diverse population, including individuals dealing with serious mental health challenges, family dynamics, trauma, and socioeconomic barriers to mental wellness. You will be integral in tailoring therapeutic interventions that consider cultural backgrounds and specific life experiences, striving to foster resilience and independence among clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required to perform the duties of this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
