Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Physical Therapist will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical histories and performing thorough assessments to identify treatment needs.
• Collaborating with patients and their families to explain evaluation findings, outline appropriate treatment plans, and set measurable goals based on individual patient needs.
• Implementing and adapting treatment protocols tailored to the patient's unique presentation and therapeutic response, demonstrating proficiency in evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state licensure for Physical Therapy in Virginia.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

While the role requires a minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience, candidates with additional credentials in specialized therapeutic techniques, sports rehabilitation, or geriatrics will be viewed favorably.
