Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, establishing individualized care plans focused on rehabilitation and pain management.
• Implement treatment interventions that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance mobility and functional capacity.
• Maintain an efficient patient load by managing one-on-one sessions, ensuring quality interaction and focus on each client's unique needs.
• Document all treatment processes and outcomes meticulously to track progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and promote a lifestyle that enhances strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Kinetic Physical Therapy Clinic, we largely treat a patient population with private medical insurance who are recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active Virginia Physical Therapist license, with no recorded instances of board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Strong manual therapy skills and a commitment to continuing education within the field.
• Proficient in designing personalized exercise regimens and utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, such as WebPT, for patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing treatment plans that lead to positive patient outcomes.
• Experience working collaboratively within a healthcare team to optimize patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
