Our Phoenix teams support TSMC projects through water systems, chemical systems, tool installation, logistics, engineering, construction coordination, and other project services.

Job Overview

MICU is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the full recruiting process, from sourcing candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.

This position will recruit for engineering, construction, manufacturing, logistics, administrative, and corporate roles. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Mandarin and comfortable working with candidates, hiring managers, international teams, and company leadership.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull -Cycle Recruiting

• Manage the recruiting process for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding handoff.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, professional networks, job fairs, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate experience, qualifications, communication skills, availability, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide timely updates.
• Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience.

Hiring Manager Partnership

• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and understand their hiring needs.
• Clarify job requirements, priorities, interview plans, and selection criteria.
• Provide feedback on candidate availability, compensation expectations, recruiting challenges, and hiring timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, collect interview feedback, and help move candidates through the hiring process.
• Support offer preparation and approval by organizing candidate information, compensation details, and required hiring documents.

Recruiting Operations

• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the applicant tracking system.
• Track open positions, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, hires, and onboarding activity.
• Prepare weekly recruiting updates and reports.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screening, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Support bilingual communication with candidates, hiring managers, international teams, and company leadership.
• Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, school outreach, and professional networking activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and applicable employment laws.

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, staffing, or a related field.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience conducting phone screens, interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing multiple open positions.
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and employees at different levels.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and recruiting platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential candidate, compensation, and employee information professionally.
• Ability to work in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, construction, semiconductor, manufacturing, logistics, or technical positions.
• Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar recruiting tools.
• Experience supporting bilingual or international recruiting teams.
• Experience working with Mandarin-speaking candidates, international teams, or Taiwan-based leadership.
• Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment.
