Job Type Full‑time Duties and Responsibilities Greet patients on the phone and in person Place patients in the exam rooms Take vital signs of patients Assist and set up for examination, treatment, and procedures Keep accurate patient files Apply dressing, bandages, and splints as ordered by the podiatrist Maintain a sanitized and safe working environment Maintain HIPAA compliance Perform a variety of other clinical and administrative duties as needed Education and Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Current American Heart Association CPR Certification desirable MA Certification a plus, but not required EMR experience helpful; Athena experience a plus Requirements Candidate must possess an X‑Ray certificate valid in Arizona Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision Strong computer skills and use of Microsoft Office Knowledge of basic medical procedures such as dressing a wound Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy Strong organizational and clerical skills to maintain patient files and perform office duties Customer service skills Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures Spirit of teamwork and drive to help provide the highest standards of patient care Benefits Work with an incredible team of staff and physicians Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans HSA with employer contribution FSA Generous PTO program Paid holidays 401(k) with a 4% match Employee Assistance Program Life and AD&D insurance Short‑term and long‑term disability Pet insurance Work Location On‑site Company's Website #J-18808-Ljbffr
