We Are Currently Looking For Our Law Clerk – (On-site in Century City, CA) What We Offer We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our in-house Legal Department and gain hands-on experience supporting a dynamic retail real estate business. The Law Clerk will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, leasing professionals, and business teams on matters involving retail leasing, commercial real estate, operations, contracts, litigation management, compliance, and special projects. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly organized, responsive, and eager to learn. This position offers meaningful exposure to sophisticated real estate transactions and business operations within a leading global retail real estate organization with a national portfolio of premier retail assets. This position is based in Los Angeles and will require in-office attendance, occasional overtime, and availability to support time-sensitive matters as business needs require. Scope: Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, memoranda, and analyses. Review and analyze leases, amendments, contracts, and related legal documents. Assist with due diligence, transactions, and lease administration matters. Support litigation management, document collection, and outside counsel coordination. Draft correspondence, presentations, reports, and other legal materials. Maintain legal files, databases, and tracking systems. Assist with compliance initiatives, policy reviews, and departmental projects. Leverage technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and workflow. What We Are Looking For: 1-2 years of similar experience Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with strong academic credentials. Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Interest in commercial real estate, retail leasing, and business law preferred. Strong work ethic, team player and intellectual curiosity. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Practical problem-solving skills and sound judgment. Professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
