Schedule:

• Nights; 36 hours per week
• 13-week assignment
• (Day shift orientation provided)

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Critical care and NICU experience essential
• Proficient with V60 BiPAP and 980 Puritan Bennett Ventilators
• Familiar with EPIC electronic health records
• Previous experience with external patient transports preferred
• Current BLS certification (with ability to perform adult, pediatric, and neonatal life support)
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced settings and varied clinical situations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and administer therapeutic respiratory care as directed
• Manage complex ventilator and airway equipment
• Oversee oxygen therapy, medication administration, and emergency interventions
• Perform diagnostic procedures, including Pulmonary Function Screens and EKGs
• Participate in external patient transports as required
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies
• Contribute to departmental training and quality control initiatives
