Sr Stationary Engineer - Per Diem - Day
Hackensack Meridian Health Inc.
Responsible for monitoring boiler and boiler functions in a complex, high-tech boiler plant. Maintains logs/records and performs safety checks on all devices. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Advanced knowledge of boilers, gauges and valves. 3-5 years general maintenance experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Google Suite platforms. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Previous Boiler Operator experience in a healthcare environment. Licenses and Certifications Required: Blue Seal or Red Seal or Gold Seal (If incumbent has a Red Seal or a Gold Seal, a Blue Seal is not required). At RMC we can hire individuals with a White Seal or Black Seal or Red Seal or Gold Seal. At SOMC and BMC, we must hire people with a Black Seal or Blue Seal or Red Seal or Gold Seal. At OUMC and JSUMC, we must hire people with a Blue Seal or Red Seal or Gold Seal.
