Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for clients, evaluating their individual needs to create personalized therapy plans.

• Develop and implement tailored individualized treatment plans, including follow-up assessments to monitor progress and adjust as necessary.

• Engage actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with colleagues to refine treatment approaches and optimize client outcomes.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family therapy techniques—to address client concerns effectively.

• Stay informed about the latest mental health trends and evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of care provided.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with organizational policies and local regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role encompasses a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families. Therapists will work with clients facing various issues, such as relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
