Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with couples and families, facilitating discussions to identify issues and improve communication.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of concerns, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, psychological and physical abuse, family dynamics, job stress, and adjustments related to separation and divorce.

• Assess clients’ mental health conditions through comprehensive evaluations, providing personalized treatment plans that are regularly monitored and adjusted as needed.

• Document therapy sessions meticulously in compliance with state regulations, ensuring the highest standards of patient confidentiality and care.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide holistic treatment that may involve referrals to other specialists as necessary.

• Engage actively in professional development opportunities, including training, workshops, and peer supervision sessions, to deepen your skills and knowledge.

You will work closely with diverse populations, including adults and children/adolescents facing a variety of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
