Accounting Manager

Our client, a global firm, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead their Boston-based finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing financial integrity across the full project lifecycle from strategy and design through construction delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee month-end close and preparation of financial statements.
Manage intercompany accounts, transfer pricing, and FX adjustments.
Lead annual audits, tax compliance, and cash management.
Mentor and develop corporate accounting staff.
Drive workflow efficiencies and enhance internal controls.

Your Background

7+ years of accounting experience (with 2+ years in a management role).
Knowledge of project-based accounting (Construction, Architecture, or Engineering preferred).
Proficiency with ERP systems (Vista/Viewpoint is a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA or public accounting background preferred.
